Courts Club, Manchester’s go-to venue for sports, socializing, and great food, is kicking off the 2025 season with an exciting update. The club has officially reopened its full-sized tennis and basketball courts and introduced a new health-conscious menu, designed for those who want to refuel after an active session.
Sports lovers, families, and friends can book a 55-minute slot on the courts for just £5 per person before indulging in fresh, nutritious dishes and refreshing drinks from the updated menu. Whether you’re looking to break a sweat or simply unwind in a vibrant atmosphere, Courts Club offers the perfect blend of fitness and flavor.
The new menu features refreshing juices including apple, orange and a Vitality shot, alongside a range of delicious smoothies – Green, Berry & Banana; Protein; Cocoberry Kiwi; and ACE Smoothie.
The venue in St John’s has also launched protein-packed boxes, boasting options including Avocado & Edamame Beans; Avocado & Boiled Egg; and Chicken & Boiled Egg, with the option to add a selection of dressings – perfect for re-fuelling after a session on the court.
The new menu is now available alongside Courts Club’s existing selection of sandwiches, including Smashed Avocado on Sourdough and a range of grilled cheese options. A variety of pastries, sweet treats and bar snacks are also on offer.
Whether it’s after work beers or weekend brunchin’ with friends, Courts Club’s alcoholic drinks menu is prepared for all occasions, with a selection of draught and bottled beers, cocktails, spritz, wine and sparkling wine.
Ant Everatt, General Manager at Courts Club, said: _“Whether you’re a competitive player or just looking for a bit of active fun, our courts are the perfect place to take a break. _
“We want Courts Club to be so much more than a place to just hang out, and we think the new health-conscious menu perfectly complements the sports look and feel and the existing food offering.”
Courts Club has also recently introduced weekly Pilates classes to its agenda, available every Monday 6-6:45pm, with tickets also boasting a discount on post-workout smoothies.
Pilates Instructor Nicole Donegan, @movewithni.colx on social media, commented, “A dynamic blend of the classical repertoire with contemporary twists, guests can expect strength, balance, and deep mind-body connection, with lots of pulses for that signature Pilates shake and slow burn. You’ll leave feeling strong, centred, and completely refreshed!”
Courts Club is also home to a wide range of events [1] all year round including music events, Happy Hour offers, and weekly Quiz Nights. Visitors can also watch action-packed live sports in all weather; on the lawn and outdoor area for post-work pints in the sun, or at the indoor bar during colder periods.
