Lumera, a prominent insurtech firm committed to driving digital transformation in the European Life and Pensions sector, has appointed Therese Hennerberg as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Therese brings over 15 years of finance experience, with a strong emphasis on consolidated financial reporting for international companies. In July 2024, she stepped into the interim CFO role, succeeding Jonas Alfredson, who was elevated to the position of permanent CEO of Lumera. Following the company’s established recruitment procedures, Therese will now assume the CFO role on a permanent basis.
“Therese is a trusted colleague who has demonstrated her readiness for greater challenges, and I am thrilled to welcome her to our executive team. Lumera’s financial performance will undoubtedly benefit from her expertise and high-quality reporting,” states Jonas Alfredson, CEO of Lumera.
Therese Hennerberg joined Lumera as Group Controller in early 2022 and has prior management experience as Head of Accounting at Itiviti and in a similar position at CameronTec. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Gävle.
