The site currently holds planning permission for a three-story development consisting of 22 apartments, undercroft parking, and communal garden space.
Located in a highly sought-after residential area in the heart of Wokingham, the site offers prime proximity, with the train station just a 10-minute walk away. The area boasts a rich history, evident in the Victorian architecture along Easthampstead Road, which reflects the significant growth the town experienced during the 19th century.
The site itself holds historical significance as the former location of the Art Deco Ritz Cinema, which opened its doors in 1937 and was renowned as one of the UK’s finest cinemas of its time.
