Horizon Aircraft Poised for Growth as a Small-Cap Stock with Disruptive Aerospace Technology

Horizon Aircraft Ltd. (NASDAQ: HOVR), an advanced aerospace engineering company and developer of electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft, has commissioned a study that highlights a potential surge in investor interest in small- and micro-cap companies with innovative and sustainable technologies.

The global study, conducted with small and micro-cap fund managers across the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, who collectively manage $82.4 billion in assets, revealed that 76% of respondents expect institutional investors to increase their exposure to small and micro-caps over the next six to 12 months. Furthermore, 34% of fund managers believe allocations could rise by 25% or more.

Brandon Robinson, CEO of Horizon Aircraft, remarked, “Smaller public companies with high growth potential, like ours, are regaining investor attention. Horizon Aircraft’s advanced aerospace technology, which enables new ways to transport people and goods, is an example of how small companies are driving a more sustainable future.”

Horizon Aircraft is developing a standout eVTOL, the Cavorite X7, featuring patented HOVR wing technology. This design allows the aircraft to operate 98% of its mission like a traditional airplane, paired with a hybrid power system that delivers superior range, speed, and payload capacity. The company believes the aircraft could be a game-changer in regional air travel.

The Cavorite X7 is designed to fly nearly twice as fast as comparable helicopters, at a significantly lower cost. With a maximum speed of 250 mph and an average range exceeding 500 miles, Horizon Aircraft envisions its future use in medical evacuations, critical supply deliveries, disaster relief, and military missions.

Horizon believes that its eVTOL’s ability to operate primarily like a conventional aircraft makes it safer and easier to certify than other eVTOL designs. The Cavorite X7 uses a hybrid electric system, allowing for in-flight and post-flight battery recharging, while also providing system redundancy. The company is currently testing a large-scale prototype and actively working on a full-scale demonstrator.
